Bridges Restaurant & Bar was the location for the restaurant scene in “Mrs. Doubtfire”. New owners wanted to rekindle the restaurant awareness and change it from a “special occasion” restaurant to a favorite weekend destination. The campaign included brand update, tagline development, menu changes, brochure, event planning, multimedia and print advertising. The Grand Opening was standing room only.
The new approach has been very successful and the restaurant has now expanded to include a special wine tasting and wine purchase location called “The Vine”.
